<br/>A longtime Harlem resident who currently lives in Washington Heights with her husband, Ajuba was born in Georgia and raised in Queens, NY. She pursued a career in public relations after attending Hunter College, nurturing her flair for creativity and for working well with various account groups. She is an exceptional leader, manager and organizer who furthered her career as an Assistant Administrator in the demanding Health Sciences Development office at Columbia University. Ajuba subsequently worked at an e-commerce company, then ventured on her own to promote Black business seminars, which required tremendous persistence, follow up and diplomacy.<br/>
<br/>Thanks to her diverse, well-rounded background, Ajuba truly understands the importance of presentation, whether it be a property for sale, a gift that’s given or the promotion of an individual, company or worthy cause. She brings over 15 years of experience in the development consulting industry to the table, developed while in public relations and marketing, which entailed creating promotional items for such high-profile clients as Clairol, Escada, Erno Laszlo, Georgette Klinger, Guerlain, Halston Borghese, Maybelline and more, which has been featured by top beauty editors in such publications as Essence, Vogue, Glamour, Black Elegance, W, WWD and The New York Times, to name a few.<br/>
<br/>Ajuba is also a licensed real estate agent who helps clients reach their goals within the property market. No matter what her project or undertaking, her enthusiasm, commitment and confidence are truly contagious. She is also active in her community as a member, former Board member and former Entrepreneur Committee Chairperson for the New York Coalition of One Hundred Black Women. She also belongs to the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and National Association for Female Executives (NAFE).</span>
